Hide language trees for translator

Issue summary

At the moment the Translator roles can see all trees even the ones he doesn't have access to, wagtail provides a hook to filter the explorer pages queryset. This way we can hide trees which the translator doesn't have access to.

When not in synced mode the Translator should also have read-only access for the canonical tree.
