Unicode (korean) redirects not working
Issue Summary
The system does not find unicode "redirect from" in the database and 404 is returned, though page exists and redirect is correct.
Steps to Reproduce
- create redirect for url /games/%eb%a1%9c%ec%8a%a4%ed%8a%b8%ec%95%84%ed%81%ac pointing to LOST ARK page. The non urlencoded url loks like /games/로스트아크
- navigate mentioned redirect.
- you'll see 404 page instead of Lost ark
- The lost ark page is published and in correct locale
- Non-unicode redirects works OK
- Tried to point to "any url" to eliminate target page issue - getting 404 as well.
- I have confirmed that this issue can be reproduced as described on a fresh Wagtail project: yes
Technical details
Python 3.13.3 Other versions are in attached freeze
- Browser version: Any
Was able to reproduce it, @AlexMKX if its confirmed, i can work on it

@Rehan989 yes, it still there. http://gfn.co.kr/games/%EB%A1%9C%EC%8A%A4%ED%8A%B8%EC%95%84%ED%81%AC being redirected to the correct page using our "I feel lucky" search feature instead of being handled by wagtail redirects.
i think no one is working on this issue. i am working on it
