Restrict 'Canonical page' to pages of the same content type

The work I'm doing on #127 removed this field but for this release we should consider restricting 'Canonical page' to pages of the same content type.

It might be we want to change that in the future but it creates a lot of confusing use cases which we're unlikely to solve immediately
