What happened: Current version of alpine has a couple of cve's against busybox and openssl

What you expected to happen: Please kick off a release. The Dockerfile specifies alpine 3.18 and the mitigations are in 3.18.7 Alpine release: https://alpinelinux.org/posts/Alpine-3.17.8-3.18.7-3.19.2-released.html Alpine version: https://github.com/wagoodman/dive/blob/main/Dockerfile#L1
