Add 3D Tilting similar to tilt.js

Tilt.js is cool but doesn't feature mobile support like Parallax does, so I added some transform3D-based tilting features – and some other stuff I needed. If this is interesting I'd be happy to clean it up a little more, add documention, etc. Let me know, thanks!
