Similar to #5, but maybe even more logistically a nightmare. Meet at certain BART stations and hold talks on BART platforms. or possibly within BART cars. Very important to not inconvenience any commuters though.

This would be great if the topic was something non-programmer passer-bys could also enjoy, like algorithmically generated art or music.
