Web-Server Authentication Flow sample link broken / 404 / not found.

This link in the documentation is dead: https://github.com/developerforce/Force.com-Toolkit-for-NET/tree/master/samples/WebServerOAuthFlow

I'm brand new to this and really could use a demonstration of how to use the toolkit with the Web Server OAuth flow. Can we get this page restored or a new link to a demonstration / sample?

He's moved the repo here: https://github.com/wadewegner/Force.com-Toolkit-for-NET

The samples aren't broken at that location.

@Roadrnr Actually, that looks like an old fork I should get rid of. I haven't moved anything yet.

@lg1382 I removed the samples because they were broken, TBH. You can still find them in the git history and if you want to update them and contribute back I'd love it!
