The threshold for a minority fork should be 51% <-> 49%

To be precise, this would have to be 51/101 <-> 50/101, which is about 50.495% <-> 49.505%.

In any case, I was thinking to send some notification even before, because if it falls below e.g. 70% then you might want to be notified anyway as the network is undergoing some (potentially serious) trouble. Maybe at 80%, 60%, 51% (info, warning, critical :smile: )
