Cannot find file when building BSAs

Describe the bug Where wabbajack cant find a file to build a BSA and doesnt seem to be a way to recover (user tried both restart button and restart wabbajack. might be related to lack of drive space during the original extractions

Note: downgrading to 3.7 does work, as does empying the contents of the Temp_bsa_files Folder
