Support for unsuported games (Knights of the Old Republic 2)

Problem: Compiling a new list on portable instance of Mod Organizer 2 for Knights of the Old Republic 2 give error Failed Compilation: Can't find game Morrowind I assume it falls back to Morrowind if it can't find a supported game.

Solution: Allow for "unsupported" games to be compiled. Probably needs an explicit flag so that game checking still functions for supported games.

Alternative: Add support for Knights of the Old Republic 2 GameName = "STAR WARS Knights of the Old Republic II The Sith Lords" GameShortName = "kotor2" GameNexusName = "kotor2" GameNexusId = 198 GameSteamId = 208580 GameGogId = 1421404581 GameBinary = "swkotor2.exe"
