Settings Option for Default Shared DLs Folder

We recommend average users to use a shared DLs Folder to save storage space so we should make it easier for them.

Describe the solution you'd like

A setting where a default value for the downloads path can be set (if empty default to current behavior)

Describe alternatives you've considered

keeping everything as is, people should work for their ~~money~~modlists. /s
