BSA caching does not seem to be working

Describe the bug

BSA archive patches do not seem to be cached properly. Every install all BSA files created by the patching seems to be rebuilt.

I do see the patches inside the wj file after reporting but it seems to not be hashing correctly.

You can try installing tsukiro and overwrite and see it build BSAs every time
