I added one-letter day labels in front of the cal-heatmap. It looks like this: 36668166-b794d69c-1af0-11e8-9a3e-e90404fd1f3f

This should close #50.

@srdjanprpa Thanks a bunch for implementing this!

I've been trying out the day labels in this fork, and one thing I've noticed is that repeatedly navigating between views seems to lead to some visual corruption, with the font getting ever more 'aliased':

(It almost seems like the labels are repainted on top of the existing ones.)

Do you have any idea how I could fix this?
