Can't withdraw without approval

When no approval is remaining for a farm with an active deposit, the withdraw button is hidden behind an approval requirement. Approving amounts of 0 doesn't fix it, but any amount > 0 bypasses the issue.

Ideal behaviour would be that can withdraw even without any active approval.
