Change Arbitrum swap aggregator

Arbitrum swap service uses 1inch swap aggregator which has since been deprecated (https://docs.1inch.io/docs/aggregation-protocol/api/swagger/) leading to the requests failing. Means gasless swaps are not available on Arbitrum.
