Bridge setup with MetaMask mobile has UX issue when trying to copy the BAN addy for deposits

MetaMask on mobile doesn't allow copying text to the clipboard. Instead we should display a read-only input field allowing monkeys to manually copy the address, while still displaying with a small width.

Deposit dialog may have the same kind of issues.
