Update after zoom

Created a simple tooltip, after zoomin-out the tooltip position hasn't been updated. As fas as i can see such feature should be integrated in the library.

Thanks for the fix. However, with the latest master branch zooming cause: TypeError: point.add is not a function @L.Tooltip.js:229
