Implemment transitionDuration

I'm trying to use this and have it appear immediately rather than popping up slowly from the bottom.

No luck figuring out the code to do this, but more importantly I searched for the "transitionDuration" option described in the instructions and it is not used at all throughout the code.

Can you add this? This plugin is almost perfect for what I need but I don't want such a slow fade in, I want it to appear immediately.

For the time being, you can fix the animation speed in the .css file. I will provide an update for handling that in the code as well
