Use different controls for actions and camera movement

E.g. right mouse/double-tap for camera.

Hi @caryoscelus, thank you for your feedback. Changing control scheme at this stage would probably confuse players used to the current one. I think, that these new controls could be added as an option in the settings panel. I will add that to our board and we will discuss with the guys when we pick it up.
