[BUG] title Ctrl + N doesn't function normally

Describe your issue:

The Ctrl + N hotkey combination functions abnormally when ExplorerTabUtility installed and started. We would expect the move will open up a new Window but the Explorer windows just flashes and nothing changeswhen Ctrl + N is pressed. p.s. The function of opening a new tab is done by Ctrl + T.
