[BUG] Explorer crashed after closing and re-opening file browser

Describe your issue:

After using the file browser with this plug-in enabled for a while then I close the file browser completely. After that, when trying open a new file browser, Windows stop responding for a while and task bar disappeared, which means the explorer process was crashed. It may be related to hibernation. I use hibernation everyday after work and awaken the next day. The issue usually happened after awaken (just my suspicion, I didn't tested it specifically for this).
