[BUG] Tabs could not be selected or operated on.

Describe your issue:

I opened less than 10 tabs or less. Then, on the windows comprising these tabs, I can't click the tab to change to another tab and I will stuck on the latest operated tab. But, when I use shortcut "ctrl+w", the current tab is closed as expected, but the tabs areas on the window remains unchanged.

What OS do you have?

Windows 11

What edition?

Home..

Could you let me know if you've made any customizations to your Windows environment or if you're using any system tweaking tools like Windhawk? Sometimes these modifications can interact with the app in unexpected ways.

Any additional details about your setup might help me understand what's causing this behavior in your specific case.
