Errors when installing on Ubuntu 18 LTS

I suggest using NVM, works for me on Node 10: https://github.com/typeorm/typeorm/issues/4573

Also need to upgrade typeorm: https://github.com/typeorm/typeorm/issues/4332

I am on Node 14 and its failing on npm install. error
