download >1GB from `w3s.link/ipfs` times out

The 2GB file that had trouble getting uploaded in #1290 now times out when I try to download $CID from https://w3s.link/ipfs. It timed out using Chrome and Safari, but we could get the file by using Brave. Perhaps Brave just chose a different gateway? So we used other gateways, and we were able to download the file with Chrome.

The bug is the timeout with Chrome and the w3s gateway (this was the default because I had uploaded the file to this gateway originally).
