I noticed a few draft notes (on pages 4 and 6, highlighted in red) that should be ideally removed (non-urgent) as this page is linked from the Polkadot Wiki.
Using Travis CI it should be possible to build the pdf from the `.tex` souce on every commit to `master` branch and pop up the updated `pdf` on a publicly...
The existing pdf is outdated (December 2018). I simply compiled the latest .tex file into a .pdf, more convenient for sharing the updated paper version with people.
Definition 1.4 looks like it has been broken in in 58e16417, this tries to fix that and some other typos. It would be great if someone could review the fix...
