I asked this to DavidH (cc'd in), and it seems we don't need to upload the contract to the application folder, this is only for public applications (we are private). I am requesting a meeting with David to clarify this, because the pull request I raised is failing.
Any advice will be appreciated.

Hey @CogencyWeb3. If you want to apply, head over to our grants program repo and check out the process description in the readme. If you want to apply in private, there is a link to a Google form that you can fill out.
The checks on this pull request fail, because it doesn't follow the structure of a milestone delivery. But since you are not delivering a milestone, you can ignore it. In fact, I'll close this PR. Let me or David know if you have any further questions.
Sorry for the delay, I'm currently OOO (sick). @semuelle the project was signed with Well Designed Ltd as a private grant. @CogencyWeb3 we need to sign an amendment if the entity working on the project changes. Also, you need to fill out the delivery template and submit it to this repo: https://github.com/w3f/Grant-Milestone-Delivery/blob/master/deliveries/milestone-delivery-template.md The delivery itself can be hosted in your own repo.
