In https://w3c.github.io/wpub/#conformance-classes, the words "processing a conforming manifest" point to https://w3c.github.io/wpub/#wp-manifest. They should rather point to https://w3c.github.io/wpub/#wp-manifest-process.

It's a WP issue, so not something we need to take up anymore. The conformance classes aren't in the manifest spec.
