Is the text in this PR meant to be a script for new audio to be overdubbed on the video, or a transcript of the existing audio? Obviously, these would lead to different change requests on that text — for better voiceover content, or for better transcription.

That is just a playback space, so far as I can tell.
It does trigger a "login with Google" at the upper right of my browser tab, for which I would be known as macted @ gmail.com. I have not used that login option, so I don't know whether it would cause me to have more UI to work with.

The script belongs to the linked video. The preliminary version was reviewed and is available at https://github.com/w3c/wot-cg/tree/main/Tutorials/whatiswot/10-Building_Blocks . Each video needs a bit of adaptation to the script, that is why it is considered preliminary in the readme. Once we publish the video, we adapt it and put it on the website as well.
I guess I don't understand the workflow here, nor what is meant to be reviewed (e.g., audio vs script, script vs transcript, audio vs video, etc.) nor how.
Sorry for the confusion @TallTed . I will explain the general workflow, which you can kind of see at https://github.com/orgs/w3c/projects/58 . Here it is:
- We first agree on the order of topics (preliminary stuff, wot building blocks, domains, etc.). You can see this in the backlog for example
- The script is created, where the way the topic is introduced can be understood and reviewed. At this stage, english issues can be addressed but most importantly the story should be reviewed.
- The powerpoint is created. Typically we do not want to review it as it is annoying to do so. It is difficult to put comments, the context can be missing as there is no audio etc.
- The video is created using the powerpoint and the script. For this, the powerpoint timings need to be adjusted to match the talking speed and the script typically gets some changes like changing
and/ortoand orso that the pronunciation is good in Murf.ai. This PR corresponds to this step and you should basically review the video using the link. If you have feedback, it is easy to provide it via the timed text so that it is easy to know where to fix something. These feedbacks are applied in the Murf.ai or sometimes in the powerpoint. For example, if the animation is too fast, the powerpoint should be fixed. - Once the previous step is over (no more comments on the video), the video file is pushed. We do not push it at each change to avoid inflating the size of the git repository as video is binary and is not trackable by git.
- The video is published on YouTube.
- If there are any feedback to the videos after this, our plan is to wait for 1 year and do an update to all videos at the same time.
@egekorkan I've applied all the above feedback and the video has been updated
The changes look good. @relu91 can you review it as well?
Thanks @relu91 !
@Tedoshiii Could you push the video file as well in this PR? Then we merge
@egekorkan I've added it
