Provide event details related to accessibility Provide accessibility information as early as possible, such as within an FAQ event website page. Provide details important for assessing the ability to attend an event, for example, the accessible routes between in-person meeting rooms, the agenda (or general event activities), meeting times and breaks, food allergies accounted for, and what accommodations will be provided versus need to be requested.

We want to make this as straightforward and simple as feasible. We also want to cover all relevant accessibility issues. Yet the more we include, the more overwhelming it is. Therefore we probably don't want to include every single related accessibility issue.
