RTL issues in Video Player

(Not tested before in Arabic version, when click on "Show transcript" in the video.)

If labels "Language" and "Auto scroll" are to remain in English, it is preferable to keep the same layout as English version (i.e. direction LTR). Other wise, the ":" appears at the left the labels. Seems a little Odd (not really an issue) .

More importantly, the transcript is not RTL! Parts of text, those containing a Latin words, don't flow (read) normally. E.g. in the above image, the selection should appear like

Same problem elsewhere in the transcript window.
