Technique update for Menu Structure / Indicate the current item

First of all I'd like to say that I appreciate the tutorial as a reliable source very much and link it frequently in case of queries.

In the chapter "Indicate the current item" the example "Using invisible text" (https://www.w3.org/WAI/tutorials/menus/structure/#using-invisible-text) recommands removing the anchor.

According to a discussion we had on Twitter removing the anchor is no bestpractice anymore. https://twitter.com/LeonieWatson/status/1093118697022128128

It would be good to update the example. If you agree I can also generate a pull request.
