Update BBS Test Vectors

The cryptographic values in the test vectors in this specification are dependent on the following IETF drafts which have been updated:

  1. The BBS Signature Scheme
  2. BBS Blind Signatures
  3. BBS per Verifier Linkability

In particular small changes to the first specification to be more friendly to memory limited implementations changed the order of certain hash operations resulting in breaking changes to signature and proof values produced. Hence all test vector cryptographic values need to be computed and updated.
