Red logo background for ED?

Just wondering if this is intentional for ED drafts:

Probably not. Looking at the templates @plehegar made, ED should use a different logo. See https://w3c.github.io/tr-design/p2021mockup/ed.html

I'm not sure how that change can affect respec and bikeshed. @plehegar what is the expectation for ED wrt new style?
