SDG Targets

I've examined the possibility of adding UN SDG support into the specification (at the target level) by going through each one in turn and attempting to determine relevance to digital and the work we are undertaking. As such the results are shown in the below PDF document (goals across the top, targets going down).

• There are a number of gaps and limits to the applicability of digital (I believe this was noted during the drafting of the SDGs).
• There were a few targets that had wide-scoping areas that applied to all guidelines which is useful if we do implement them.
• It is worth noting that the SDGs are also showing their age with some having goal dates that have passed, though I have not included this as the goals still have relevance even without the date.
• Many targets are scoped towards government level rather than individuals, businesses, and corporations which could pose implementation issues.

As such, it is up for debate whether we should include the content within the specification. Feel free to add your thoughts below!
