Should "It is not a W3C Standard nor is it on the W3C Standards Track." be more clearly displayed?

Not sure this is the right place to ask, but there seems to be a recurring issue where a CG I founded keeps on being credited as a W3C standard (in podcasts, internal company material...), and somebody on Twitter rightfully pointed that it should be more clearly highlighted.
