Page navigation is currently split between identifying if there is a page list in the navigation section and if there are page breaks in the other info section. We don't identify anywhere the source of the pagination, however.

My questions are 1) should we output the page break source somewhere, and 2) should we group the page list, page breaks, and source together in their own subsection?
