ODRL Editor UX

There is a strong need from the community to develop an open source (free online) ODRL Editor that has a simple to use UX and provides the ability to create (valid) ODRL Policy expressions.

A very nice feature would be to follow the "blocky" style:

4 years ago I started with Blockly - it gets too complicated when you add logical constraints.

4-year-old code, Blockly has moved on significantly. If anyone is willing to work with me on this, I can try to separate it, and we can work - but IMHO is limited to basic policies.
