Data Model for evaluator

In the formal semantics, it would be nice to specify the expected data model that the evaluator needs and also a data model for its output. Furthermore, some sequence diagrams at ODRL service and/or ODRL evaluator would be a nice-to-have

This was pointed out by others, as well. I support the idea. Would anybody oppose?

No opposition - I would just suggest that the input and output models keep some compatibility with other ACL languages.

Specifically AuthZen that is geared towards interoperability.
