1. duc: namespace not defined in section 3.1
2. 4.2 Publish - i think write can be a different action than publish, suggest to change it to 'output' if it can be either?
3. Section 6.1:

• I would use "party" consistently. Company on first sentence vs party on second sentence is confusing, if an Agreement is with a Party, then better use it consistently.
• I can't follow from the text to the example, can't relate to why there's a consequence inside an obligation that speaks about duc:KillJob and using odrl:recipient ("The party receiving the result/outcome of exercising the action of the Rule.") when the right operand is not of Party type.
