Add reference to license/usage permission of assets in manifest

Hi!

I wanted to propose the idea of having a new key in the manifest that specifies consent for using the assets that are linked in the manifest itself: think screenshots, icons and other data that allows for content delivery and discoverability. Whether it's through:

• some type of automatic ingestion into an app store
• manual listing of an entry into an app store
• creation of install-like UI/widget/component

the question of permissions and license for usage of the information in the manifest is present, therefore I'd like to start the conversation around a 'Asset Usage Consent' key.

Interesting idea, but I still worry about a blanket "asset_usage_consent" and what it actually means (legally speaking, which will get complicated). Just thinking there is some overlap with robots.txt?
