I found some possible typos:

(1) Status of This Document - "Sep 5 22 2017" might be "Sep 5 2017" or "Sep 22 2017". (2) Sec. 1.1 - "complimentary" might be "complementary".

@sandhawke , can the typo be corrected on w3.org? Do we just update the REC branch? Is there a process to publish the Japanese translation on w3.org? Can the official REC in English get updated to link to the Japanese version?
