Validate in Symfony the URL requested for publication against the one associated to the token

As discussed in #31.

The Symfony endpoint would compare the URL defined initially (when the token was registered) against the URL intended for publication. Only if they are considered equal (or rather, compatible; see issue #37), the response from the endpoint will be positive.
