Adding the taxonomy of AI capablities from EIT report

The report published by EIT contains a taxonomy of AI capabilities (8 top categories and 39 subcategories). Our current taxonomy of AI capabilites in DPV misses some of these categories. The additional capabilities from the report should be added to DPV.

@DelaramGlp has analysed the concepts with the first draft of concepts. I'll look over them and then we will discuss these to create a proposal for the group.
