dpv DPVCG chair nomination (discussion)

(using dpvbot:) This was discussed in Meeting 2025-11-05 Decision agreed in today's meeting to have Harsh and Beatriz as co-chairs. To be ratified next week.

(using dpvbot:) This was discussed in Meeting 2025-11-12 Harsh and Beatriz as DPVCG co-chairs have been approved. This issue will be closed once this is reflected in relevant documentation
