[FIX]: May need to regenerate use-cases/ files

use-cases/*.ttl are over 3 years old and don't reflect updates in the source spreadsheets.

For example, a description of ucr:U4 in ucr.ttl contains a misspelled "ecossystem" but that word in the spreadsheet (and thus code/vocab_csv/UseCase.csv) is already fixed.

Use-cases are totally stale because we haven't been maintaining them; In one of the prior meetings we sort of agreed that going forward for v2.3, we will be documenting use-cases for every (core) concept that we add/discuss. I propose we leave them for now and take them as part of the v2.3+ methodology where use-cases will be linked to concepts like examples currently are.
