Create extension EU NIS2
There's remarkably little discussion here, to support "28 changed files with 10,815 additions and 0 deletions."
Discussions also happen in other places e.g. Meetings and mailing lists. This extension includes the concepts initially agreed to seed the nis2 extension, and that's what's in the commit I think.
The large commit explicitly says "see https://github.com/w3c/dpv/issues/147 for discussion". It is therefore logical to expect to find at least an echo or summary of any discussion that took place elsewhere, here.
Agreed. We should have been updating the discussion here with minutes of meetings. I'll flag this as help required for volunteers.
