DID spec registry gives 404 error

It may have been a temporary glitch. It works for me now. What indeed goes to 404 is https://www.w3.org/TR/did-extensions/.

The note will have to be officially republished with the new short name and references @msporny @pchampin

@ottomorac yes, we're aware and are working on a fix. Unfortunately, that requires us to publish new documents through an involved process. In any case, we're working on it.

This has now been fixed and the URLs resolve.
