Reformat table definitions in DID Spec Registries

It might be useful to lay the tables out in a different format that looks more like this:

| mime-type | Definition of property, JSON-LD Context, CDDL Schema, JSON Schema |

for example:

| application/did+json | Normative Definition (link to human readable spec), CDDL Schema, JSON Schema | | application/did+ld+json | Normative Definition (link to human readable spec), JSON-LD Context, CDDL Schema, JSON Schema |

This has not been done yet, it still needs to be done to make things easier to read.

I am not fully clear which table you a suggesting be reformatted.

@wip-abramson, I don't think so. This issue is quite out of date, comes from a time where the document was structured differently, and should be closed.
