Add mark, comment, suggestion. For comment, support comment level, setsize, posinset.

Firefox now has these, too, see bug 1608975 and its dependencies. They'll be in 75, which moves to beta soon'ish. The only thing missing from the spec so far are the Mac mappings for these, especially the subrole.
