Trying to get rid of custom CSS - this uses respec CSS for def tables

edit: oh actually those tables are already bad.
yeh... i mean, it sort of is what it is unless we want to think about whether tables are really the right way to convey this information in general?
Definition lists seem like a better fit for many of theses cases.
From a quick look, are the code
